| 2004 Tamarack Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon:
90 Points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate # 172 Aug 2007 Reviewer Jay Miller
The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby-colored with a nose of toasty oak, red currants, and black cherry. This is followed by a spicy, elegant, medium-bodied wine with light tannins, and very good balance. Cellar it for 2-3 years and drink it through 2022. Kudos to Tamarack Cellars for an outstanding, individualistic lineup of well-priced wines. Drink 2009 - 2022 Tamarack Cellars Winemaker(s) Ron Coleman & Danny Gordon http://www.tamarackcellars.com/ |
