Tasting Notes

Very meaty and decadent, this has ripe, full-bodied flavors of cassis, dark plum, chocolate and spice. Reminiscent of a Northern Rhône with its powerful, intense style. Pepper and beef carpaccio on the long finish. Tempting now, but should improve with some cellaring. Best from 2006 through 2010
