The dense ruby-colored 2003 Henry’s Seven (a blend of 67% Shiraz, 28% Grenache, and 5% Viognier that spent 12 months in neutral wood) possesses a big, sweet, ripe bouquet of peppery black raspberries, kirsch liqueur, black currants, licorice, smoke, and earth.
