| 2004 Icardi The wine opens tentatively on the nose until it has been swirled around the glass and reveals light and juicy wafts of ripe strawberries and bing cherries. Slowly it evens out with deeper, richer aromas of milk chocolate, currants and plums. The flavors, as well, are mysterious and alluring at first with generous, lush components of fresh, ripe, fruit flowing into the mid-palate and beyond with brambly berries mixed with star fruit and pomegranate that is scintillating and defined.
