| 2005 Core Mr Moreved Cuyama Valley: The 2005 Mister Moreved Alta Mesa Vineyard (82% Mourvedre and 18% Grenache) exhibits a blueberry, raspberry, truffle oil-filled personality, wonderful ripeness, medium to full body, good acidity, and a dry, heady, firm finish. It is another stunning effort to consume over the next 5-6 years. These are all creative, individualistic wines that reveal considerable soul and character. One has to admire the wacky art on the label as well as the non-conformist blends. Most important from a consumer’s perspective, the wines are very interesting and deliver loads of pleasure.
