2005 Ayoub Pinot Noir Dundee Hills: Dramatic. Seems at first like this going to be brawny, but comes off as silky and supple, offering lots of dark-hued cherry, black currant and smoky spice flavors. Hints at pepper and licorice as the finish sails on and on. Best from 2008 through 2015. 220 cases made.
